Appointment Cancellation Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

We set aside a stylist and appointment time especially for you. Please tell us as soon as your plans change so another bride can use that time.

Give more than 24 hours’ notice

A $100 cancellation fee applies when an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of its scheduled time.

To avoid the fee, cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment.

Call (513) 514-0289 or email info@readingbridaldistrictoutlet.com. Include your name, appointment date and time, and whether you want to cancel or request another time.

Please call as soon as you can. Our team can explain the remaining appointment time and discuss your options.

This policy covers appointments. It does not cancel a gown purchase or change the terms agreed to at the time of sale.
